Description
Kanoe, Hinoto's younger sister, lacks the dreamgazing ability but is able to enter and leave others' dreams. She uses this ability to benefit the Dragons of Earth and to counteract her sister's efforts. Kanoe's relationship with Hinoto is emotionally complex, and the actions she takes against her sister appear to be out of both love and hate.
