Description
Matsuri is Yurie and Mitsue's classmate and friend. She along with her sister Miko run the Raifuku Shrine, though she can no longer see spirits on her own. After learning about Yurie becoming a god, she takes it upon herself to act as Yurie's manager of sorts, organizing events to increase her popularity - and to make the Raifuku Shrine more money and fame in the process.
