Description
Chizuru is a transfer student in Fubuki's school. Though she is ostensibly a normal (if rude) girl who is always seen on roller blades, she is actually one of the four lords of the Gulasic Group, plotting to take over the world. Chizuru has unparalleled skills in shooting games, and uses those skills to challenge Fubuki, who she sees as a rival.
