Description
Yin is a 'Doll' who works with Hei and the Syndicate. As a doll, she is generally without emotion or thoughts of her own, yet occasional acts and speech of hers seem to contradict that. As she is blind, the spectre she uses for surveillance uses water for communication and travel. When not working, Yin sits alone at a tobacco stand.
