Description
Appearing in the second season, Hayate is a wheelchair-bound girl with a progressive illness that confounds her doctor. She is the unwitting owner of a powerful artifact called the Book of Darkness whose servants take care of her. Despite her situation, Hayate remains hopeful and enjoys the family life she shares with the Book's servants. Hayate and Suzuka become fast friends, complicating the situation.
