Description
Appearing in the second season, Touko is a student at Lillian Academy and relative of Sachiko's. She acts cold toward others - particularly Yumi - and tends to keep people at arm's length despite Yumi and others reaching out to her. Her fickle nature, which causes her to alternately appear needy and standoffish, confounds the girls.
